One person was killed and three others were taken to the hospital in an early morning single-vehicle crash on Highway 402 near Strathroy-Caradoc.

New provincial legislation introduced by the Ontario government will give municipal councils the ability to remove an elected official for gross code of conduct violations.

The accused is facing two counts each of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, and failure to comply with a release order.
