Southwestern Ontario couple’s fines for breaking quarantine rules hit $20K

A Southwestern Ontario couple has been hit with another hefty fine for breaking pandemic rules that used to be in place at the Blue Water Bridge near aiasst.ca upping their overall financial penalty to $20,000.
